- Take one tablespoon of the Halim seeds water before adding it to one cup of milk or a smoothie with fruit.

- Mix coarsely ground Halim seeds along with finely chopped onions, green chillies coriander leaves, and spices, and fill it with the dough of roti to create filled rotis.
