DP World Communications Officer Daniel Van Otterdijk has admitted that three LIV Golf players are desperately missed on the PGA Tour.

Since the league’s launch in 2022, no LIV Golf players have competed in the United States. The DP World Tour, however, has seen breakaway league players regularly return.

Van Otterdijk then suggested that a deal between the PGA Tour and LIV Golf could very well happen within the next six months.

“I’m convinced that within the next six months, they’ll come up with a structure that’s much better for world golf than what we have today. But of course there are legacy issues that need to be addressed,” he added.

However, after Jay Monahan said 2026 could be the end date, it’s hard to know who to believe on that.
