Adam Smith-Neal, 30, was playing at the Nuneaton Darts Open over the weekend when the incident occurred and, just seconds after hitting a match-winning double, Smith-Neal was filmed throwing a punch that hit his opponent and knocked him backwards. It is not clear what caused the attack, but the case hit some of the audience facing Smith Neil, which holds the PDC tour card, and pushed it against the chest.
The DARTS player is subject to the investigation after it appears to have attacked the opponent after the defeat.
